Android APK

Downloading from the official site

Google Play does not list real-money casino apps in most countries. The casino therefore publishes its Android app as an APK on the official site. The APK is the normal Android package format, nothing unusual.

Always get the file from the official BC.Game site. Files from unofficial sources can contain malware or steal login details. Unsure of the address? Ask support for the right one. The genuine BC.Game address is covered in a separate guide.

It is a short job, and the file is small enough to download over mobile data. Make sure you have a little free storage before you start.

How to install the APK

The steps are nearly identical across Android brands. Wording may differ a little between devices. Go through the list in order and the app will be ready in no time.

• Open the official site in your phone browser and find the Android download
• Allow installation from this source when Android asks
• Open the downloaded file from your downloads
• Press install and let Android finish
• Use the same account you have on the website

The phone will show a warning about apps from unknown sources. It is a general notice, not a judgement on this specific app. After installation, you can switch the permission off again in the settings.

Games, banking and more

Inside the app you get games, banking and chat. More than 7000 games from 24 studios load in the app as on the site. Sports betting is in the app too. Nothing changes between app and site: one account, one balance. Games you marked on desktop are waiting in the app. Our verdict on BC.Game covers games, bonuses and payments in full.

Push notifications announce new promotions. Too many messages? Mute them in the app or phone settings.

Local methods in Pakistan, such as iCash. One, JazzCash and Bank Transfer, work in the app as well. Some methods ask you to confirm in another app. Verification documents can be uploaded straight from the phone camera. Every method and its minimum are listed in our deposit guide.

Common problems

New versions arrive through the app itself. Accept updates promptly, because older versions may stop working properly. Reinstalling from the official page usually solves a failed update.

Install errors and crashes

Failed installs are usually caused by a missing permission or a broken download. Delete the file, download it again and repeat the steps. If the app opens but behaves oddly, clear its cache in the phone settings. On outdated systems, use the browser version instead.

The team assists with app problems 24/7, through live chat, email and phone.

App or mobile site

Both the app and the mobile site give you the same account and the same games. If you play often, the app saves a few steps each time. If storage is tight or you play rarely, the site is enough. The browser version is covered in the guide to the mobile version.

The welcome offer of 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins is the same in the app. You can track the 35x rollover and set limits in the app too. Use one or both, since the account is the same. Many players keep the app on their own phone and the browser everywhere else. Limits, favourites and history stay in sync across devices.

Staying safe with the app

Enable two-factor authentication in your account if it is offered. Lock your device, because anyone holding it could open the app. Keep passwords and codes to yourself.

Gambling is for adults, 18+, and as entertainment. Set deposit limits and session reminders in the app settings. Marketing alerts are easy to mute when they tempt you. Cooling-off periods work in the app too. Removing the app for some weeks helps when play feels automatic, and independent organisations offer free, confidential help.
